4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kbd33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including various major Bangladeshi banks). Payment methods outside this list are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Limits

Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all payment methods). Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this timeframe may be extended if identity verification or security checks are required.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kbd33 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn an additional ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Similarly, depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• kbd33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

kbd33's VIP program has three tiers. Members can gradually advance to higher tiers based on their regular gaming activity and deposits:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

VIP benefits and cashback terms may be changed by kbd33 at any time. The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier and the cashback amounts are subject to management's discretion. A VIP tier demotion may occur if there is insufficient gaming activity within a specified period.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

7.1 Fair Play Commitment
